


Shaggy's Jerk Chicken
Use 2 oz. Jerk Marinade per 1/4 chicken.
The longer you marinate the chicken the better. For best results, marinate overnight in a sealed bag.
Oven: Roast at 350 degrees until chicken reaches 170 degrees.

Always better the next day, sliced jerk chicken makes excellent sandwiches. Or it can be chopped and used as a topping for nachos or pizza.
