


Shaggy's Jerk Mahi Mahi or Salmon
Use 2-3 T. Jerk Marinade per 4 oz. piece of Mahi Mahi or Salmon.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill or Stove Top: Cook approximately 6 minutes each side or until the fish is just cooked through. Baste as needed.
Bake: Place on baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked through.
If no grill is available, for best results, bake and then finish cooking on the stove.
