


Shaggy's Jerk Hummus
2 cans black eyed peas or chic peas, drained
3/4 c. tahini
10 cloves garlic, peeled
Juice of 3 lemons
1-2 t. Jerk Marinade, to taste
1/2 c. olive oilCombine ingredients, except olive oil, thoroughly in a food processor. Add the olive oil gradually, while the food processor is running, so it is emulsified into the hummus.
