Shaggy's Jerk Shrimp
Use 6 oz. Jerk Marinade per pound of shrimp.
For shell-on shrimp, marinate 15 minutes before cooking. For shell-off shrimp, there is no need to marinate. Just baste
while cooking. Cook on the grill (in a foil boat), stove top, or oven for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes each side.
