Shaggy's Veggie Stir-Fry

  1. Spray a pan with non stick spray.
  2. On a medium to low heat, add chopped veggies (ex: zucchini, squash, carrots, and/or broccoli. Broccoli holds flavor best).
  3. Add 1-2 T. Jerk Marinade, one spoon at a time. (A little goes a long way).
  4. Add 1-2 T. water for steam.
  5. Toss all in the pan until the veggies are tender.

There is no need to marinate veggies.

Add one serving of stir-fry to each serving of steamed rice.
